NA BOLAYI YA EBALE CONGO
All along the Cong river

The aim of this project is to highlight art and crafts across the different ethnic groups that populate the Congo (DRC). The different cultures and traditions present in this country all have a different relationship with art and craftsmanship. The Congolese people express their artistic sensitivity through painting, weaving, sculpture, masks, ornaments (embroidery, jewelry, shells ...), spiritual parades and costumes and rock art. This artistic project will give a different image of Congo and highlight the diversity of its cultures, its traditions and the great and rich creative skill of its artists and craftsmen. By highlighting the artistic heritage of this country, I hope to make the Congolese people, the African diaspora and finally the world aware of the artistic and creative History of DR Congo and its ancestors. I wanted to pay tribute to our ancestors who were artistically gifted and who gave us rich traditions and culture.
